Jeannie Dalgleish from Fanconi Hope, explains:
Super Rare is about being there for people. It’s about people who live with a rare condition, and know what it’s like, making the way a little easier for the people who will be diagnosed this year.
We are really hoping that the funds raised during the Super Rare campaign will contribute to our Family Conference and Social Event in Summer 2023 – which will represent a massive opportunity to learn more about FA from experts in an informal setting and a chance to share experiences and make new friends in our community.
Fanconi Hope is thrilled to be joining the six other Together for Healthy Marrow Alliance charities taking part in this year’s Super Rare campaign. We know how successful it has been for The Aplastic Anaemia Trust in previous years, which is why we are so excited to be combining forces with all the other charities in the Alliance to raise funds to support our work. In common with the other charities, all the money raised by our FA community will be used to benefit our FA community.
I’ll be busy helping to organise our Family Weekend next June, which we will be providing to all our FA community free of charge, so your support through Super Rare fundraising activities will be greatly appreciated.
